We’re looking for an Industrial Engineer to help optimize manufacturing systems, improve operational workflows, and support scalable industrial growth across modern production environments.

What You'll Do

  • Develop engineering strategies to improve production performance

  • Support infrastructure planning and industrial system optimization

  • Collaborate with operations and automation teams on process improvements

  • Create scalable engineering solutions for modern production environments

  • Monitor system reliability and production efficiency metrics

  • Assist with implementation of new industrial technologies

  • Work closely with project managers and technical specialists

Who You Are

  • Strong understanding of industrial systems and operational workflows

  • Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working across technical and operational teams

  • Experience with process optimization methodologies is a plus

  • Detail-oriented and proactive in fast-moving environments
